Pocket Family

Pocket Family is a casual game similar to other popular games like Homescapes or Homecraft-design, where your goal is to rebuild the old family house of a family that returns to its origins to live in it again. To do this, you have to clean the floors, restore the handrails, tile the bathrooms, fix the floor, lay down new carpets, buy sofas, restore walls and, basically, restore and redesign the entire inside of a mansion however you like.

The gameplay is typical of this genre. The game divides its content into achievements that you must manage to complete. The achievements are things like 'restore the floor' or 'buy a coffee table'. You will need stars to build elements in the mansion and to get these stars, you have to play a match-3-style minigame (like Candy Crush or Bejeweled). As usual, on matching four or more elements, you will create special power-ups. The idea is to tap on the areas of the screen that match more than three of the same elements to get rid of them or turn them into a power-up.

The game is made up of more than one hundred different levels where you can meet new characters (like the parents or the kids) and unlock a load of content. The family history will slowly be revealed while you decorate to your taste.

Pocket Family is a very entertaining game with charming visuals and controls perfect for touchscreen devices.
